You consent to us adding you as our client on the Income Tax Department portal, enabling the submission of Income Tax Returns (ITR), retrieval of ITR-V, checking refund status, accessing 26AS, AIS, etc. This is in accordance with the Electronic Furnishing of Return of Income Scheme, 2007, and any subsequent amendments, notifications, or similar schemes, regulations, and rules issued from time to time.

You acknowledge and agree that although Finance Domain may not have currently defined a specific upper limit on the number of transmissions you can send or receive through the Services, or on the storage space allocated for any Service, Finance Domain reserves the right to establish such limits at any time at its discretion.

Use of Services by You

In the process of preparing or filing your tax return or seeking advice on tax-related matters/GSTR Filing, it is necessary to provide details about your income, investments, credits, dependents, etc. or your business sales/purchase invoices in case of GSTR filing This collective information is referred to as “Tax Return Information.” To use the services offered by Finance Domain,” you are required to provide accurate, correct, and updated Tax Return Information. You acknowledge that any inaccuracies in the Tax Return Information provided by you are your responsibility, and Finance Domain will not be held liable for any claims or disputes arising from incorrect information that is not attributable to Finance Domain.

During the process of preparing/filing your tax return or seeking advice on tax-related matters/GSTR filing, it is necessary to furnish details of your income, investments, credits, dependents, etc., or your business sales/purchase invoices in the case of GSTR filing. This comprehensive set of information is collectively termed as “Tax Return Information.” To make use of the services provided by Finance Domain, it is mandatory for you to supply accurate, correct, and up-to-date Tax Return Information. You acknowledge that any inaccuracies in the Tax Return Information provided by you are your responsibility, and Finance Domain will not be held accountable for any claims or disputes arising from incorrect information that cannot be attributed to Finance Domain.

We will compile and file the tax return based on the information you furnish. Finance Domain functions solely as a platform dedicated to facilitating the submission of your income tax return and providing associated services as an intermediary between you and the Income Tax Department.

You undertake not to engage in any activities that could disrupt or interfere with the provision of services. Additionally, unless expressly authorized in a separate agreement with Finance Domain, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the services for any purpose.

You are solely responsible for any breaches of your obligations under the Terms, and Finance Domain assumes no responsibility to you or any third party for such violations. Furthermore, Finance Domain will not be held liable for any data loss or breaches arising from server/system hacking or other technical reasons.

Prevention of Unlawful, Infringing, or Abusive Message Content or Conduct 

You acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for your User Content and agree to abstain from posting any content that is unlawful, harmful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, obscene, invades the privacy of another person, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, racist, infringing, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate. Furthremore, you undertake not to involve in, or encourage others to involve in, illegal or abusive conduct or activities. Protection of Copyright and Prohibition of Information Retransmission
